They define acceptable use, account responsibility, access gates, trial limits, and the boundary between platform support and founder decision-making. Access model
Verellix access may require paid membership, invite-only trial approval, active commercial status, diagnostics, onboarding, and governance readiness before runtime surfaces are available.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for accurate company information, lawful use, secure credentials, and ensuring uploaded evidence or operational records can be used inside their organization.
No substitute for judgement
Verellix supports structured execution, review, escalation, and evidence. It does not replace legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Trials and plans
Trials, plans, and entitlements may restrict modules, depth, duration, or available workflows. Plan access does not bypass readiness, authority, or safety gates.
Platform integrity
Users may not abuse the system, compromise security, scrape protected content, upload unlawful material, or use the platform to misrepresent company status.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, inactive status, or violation of platform terms.
